Our Work
In partnership with Community Bank Mansfield & District and ClubMAP, I delivered a 10-month development program to help local volunteer groups thrive. Five organisations received tailored one-on-one support, a strategy workshop, a professional "health check" at the start and end of the program, and access to training tools. This program empowered these groups to build their capacity, network with local peers, and achieve long-term growth.
