Finding somewhere to live is a key issue for workers across regional Victoria. Alzburg Resort wanted to provide accommodation for its workers.

After two grant application attempts, secured approx $600,000 in funding (against low odds in the second round) to deliver two key worker dwellings providing 12 beds for hospitality staff, following targeted research, data collection and close collaboration with the business.
